I appreciate you taking the time. each one of these rulings has a "for republican presidents only" asterisk on it. all the tools they used to destroy the federal establishment will be off limits to rebuilding it and Kacsmaryk will again become the most powerful judge in the country.

Continuing the conversation we had previously on x... "federalism, the weight of legal power.." ? All out the window with this SCOTUS. 2 term limit? Not any more...

Accidently saw Abe Vigoda in his bathrobe one morning when I was in his backyard reading his electric meter.

Maybe it's not weird salad, but it's an outright lie. Countries don't eat the tariffs. Companies don't eat the tariffs. They definitely pass them on to consumers.

Why? The individuals sacrificed to jail for the contempt charge will immediately be celebrated as patriotic martyrs. This is charade time. Game over. We have a dictator ignoring the rule of law.

As long as we're at it... I'm keeping my two spaces after periods (and using an ellipsis to indicate a temporal pause rather than anything rude).

Unilateral cessation of payments. Trump MO of stiffing contractors on an international level. This will work out well.

Sounds great. Except here in the adult world it's a two party system where you don't get to waste your votes on jill stein or Ralph nader and feel cocky about your purity. Fuck your purity. People have to live with the consequences of you voluntarily removing yourself from the decision.

So exactly how does blaming democratic leadership do anything? Trump is doing this. The gop is doing this. The republican Supreme Court is doing this.

But yes. Blame the dems.

At some point he's going to try to force the liberal justices to resign. No limits to these cretins. Maybe then roberts et al will wake up? I doubt it.
