The regime in Tbilisi has sentenced tortured protester and Akhali opposition party member, Saba Skhvitaridze, to 2 years in prison.
The prosecution initially accused him of assaulting a police officer. However, on July 24 the Prosecutor’s Office reclassified the charge to intentional minor injury.
