And to be clear, I didn't hear her on the radio. A friend of mine in the same class had recorded it on a cassette and lent it to me. It was a poor recording, so no long after I found The Kick Inside album at the record store. ❤️

I was listening when Wuthering Heights was released in 1978...and this was in a rural Virginia high-school.
It mostly resonated because when I first heard it, we were literally studying Wuthering Heights in English class.

Later on, in the late 80s, we would play a lot of Fantasy Hero and Danger International with the "Hero" system.
