They really don't get how much things changed when $5000 deductibles started being the norm for health insurance.
Insurance companies sending us a bill to pay the full cost of seeing a doctor or having an MRI but also trying to tell us that it was "covered" by them. It's INFURIATING.

Health insurance companies in their current form epitomize the banality of evil.
They’re bureaucracies that deny people the care they need to live, profit from doing so, and spend countless millions bribing (aka “lobbying”) elected officials to look the other way.
It’s a grotesque system.
