Super interested to see if Sec Turner can help increase the supply (and velocity of production, maybe 🤷🏻‍♀️) of new affordable housing. Two transit-adjacent NEW const housing projects rec’d $7M from HUD in 2024. Can we add some “0s” to that in 2026? Apparently, Turner is an Opportunity Zone stan.
