Got mine a few days ago. The magazines are really beautiful and the few articlea I already read were really good. The only thing I regret is not adding number 4 and 5 to the order.

During the TGAs trailer literaly ended with words: "Time for a new saga". And trust me I understand books(novels, not the short stories) are Ciri's story I've read them multiple times since I was 13. I'm really okay with them continuing her story, but I wish they told a story of someone else.

No, if the idea is solid of course not. That's why I stated I'm not defending people who are mad about Ciri being the hero. I just think we can let some stories to end and tell new stories, with new heroes. That being said as a polish fan of the books and games I'm really excited for the 4th one.

Yes but you don't have to make a direct sequel if you're starting a new saga. You can leave Ciri and Geralt behind. Their story already ended two times. Once in books and once in games.

Not to defend people who complain about Ciri being the hero, but her being a Witcher was only one of 3 possible outcomes for her charcter in previous game. In my first playthrough she became the Empress. As of now it seems that Witcher 4 decides that version of the story didn' happen.

As someone who dual wields those two games at the moment I couldn't be more happy with how diffrent they are. When I want my bastards and fights that go on for hours I play BG3. When I want to hangout with some nice people and have only 40 minutes I play Veilguard.
