My Mum is getting treated like a pampered princess during her private hospital stay and just got her ‘afternoon shortbread’ delivered. I can’t wait to compare my public hosp stay at the end of the month. 😅

Went to the World Press photo Exhibition at Tākina this morning. It’s always a sobering reminder of what the world has been through over the last year. The image of the year for 2025 was of Mahmoud Ajjour (9), who was
injured during an Israeli attack
on Gaza City in March 2024.
