Why do I have to turn off my VPN to access Duolingo in America? The problem is not my VPN because everything works just fine as long as I’m *not* logged into America. My exact location should not matter in order to use a language app. Canada does not need my exact location. What’s up with this shit?

Finally, I turned off the VPN altogether… refreshed… and the website popped right up like it was always there. I didn’t do anything differently. I didn’t clear cookies or the cashe. I didn’t disable or enable any extensions. I just turned off the VPN…

Weird, right? So I logged into Canada, refreshed the page, and it popped right up. Super weird right? Then I logged back into America, refreshed, and the website didn’t work. I did it a bunch of times, going back-and-forth, logging into England (which worked by the way), but America wouldn’t load…
