—boycott places that have given money to MAGA/this new administration (ie amazon, target, walmart, mcdonald’s, & more)
—shop local & small businesses (a lot are online too!)

I was assigned this homework because I’m at a point where I’m logically understanding the concepts I’m learning in therapy, but I’m having a hard time applying them consistency. Her book shows incredible examples of how to apply these things—I like learning by example or visuals. (audiobook is 👏)

and, it’s more important to disconnect from things that I have control of that do not benefit me as a person or my community anymore. Meta’s new guidelines are inline with the hate and bigotry I don’t allow IRL, so why would I continue online?🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️
