last week I made these “moss ball” truffles that were a huge pain in the ass, I had to make the cake then unshell & grind down approx 4 cups of pistachios (Greg helped) & hand-dip each of them in melted chocolate but they’re probably the tastiest things I’ve ever made and I’m really proud of them!

I’ve been TERRIBLE keeping up on Blooskie but here’s some cute ass pics from our first annual Yuletide at the Faire!! I was crushed to miss it last Christmas so we made sure we locked in this year! Thoroughly chilly but still a 11/10 experience nothing beats a ye olde toasted time with the homies!!!
