updating this with an example showing both fps cap removed and vsync off so it will go above my 120hz display (won't actually play like this, but shows fps potential - 140+). So something is definitely bugged for some people, maybe 50 series related, driver related, rebar, reflex, not sure.

yeah i just tested same spot using 4K DF optimized settings, DLSS performance, no FG, and it's maxing out my 120hz display (capped to 115 due to reflex/gsync/vsync in nvidia panel i think). Running around this area i did see few frametime blips but nothing major. Also i'm on 566.45 drivers.
