This!! Spotify also has a long history of not treating artists fairly. If you wanna ditch fascism and better support the artists you listen to, check out Tidal! (It's also the best for audiophiles like me 😆)

Qustodio is what's pretty controlling, family link is just to keep me from undermining Qustodio (otherwise I can weasel my way out of the controls!). I find one without the other to be pretty meh

Depends on what kind of device you have! Android or iOS?
iOS has really really good parental controls already built in, for Android I'd recommend a combination of Family Link and Qustodio - both are free!
