This site seems to be leaning into the leniency offered to NSFW accounts. I've seen more porn on here just by scrolling with the NSFW filters off than I probably have on any other non-porn site.
AFAIK, the porn bots aren't here yet so at least it's real people's content.

Anyway, since it seems the Alt Text didn't save on the video, the Reddit OP posted an update with the video in it.
The video shows several unrelated clips, most of which are severely distorted (especially in the latter half of the video).
