It’s not just that. My Twitter feed automatically reverts to For You, and I only realise I am not on the feed I thought I was until much later. The tailor-made feed is designed to be more give you the most dopamine so it feels nicer to browse that one.

It does have an algorithm, otherwise it can’t recommend you anything new ever. The difference is that BSky’s algorithm is not weighted to recommend anything over anything else. My feed seems to filter content based on my follows and likes, but it doesn’t discriminate between account popularity.

We were forced move out. We’re basically digital refugees in here, but this is looking like a good place to be. Looking forward to seeing how things go.
