Realizing I chose to return to school for my degree in mental health was about my healing journey and understanding myself as much as it was about understanding my family and others along the way.

Yesterday I had my first meeting with a psilocybin group. I realized ppl don’t tell ppl they took psilocybin. Even when it’s for therapeutic purposes. I told my whole family and my coworkers. Compared to alcohol and other drugs, it’s safe, healthy and effective. I’m an advocate for life💜
