Q: Are people who r openly but safely profiction allowed to apply? Ofc the submission to the zine will follow all safety rules too 👍🏼👍🏼
A: Unfortunately, as the mods are uncomfortable with some of those topics, we will not be comfortable accepting open profiction to the zine.

Q: Hihii! I wanted to ask if comics will be eligible as sample pieces, as well as if the zine will include comics as a medium? Thank you for your time!
A: Yes to both of the above! Comics are allowed for your samples, and we will be able to accommodate comics in the zine.

Q: For the links we put for the artists application. Are we allowed to put social media links?
A: Of course! We do request that there's some form of redirection, such as a link to a media tab or tag, but we will do our best to sort through whatever you send us.

Q: how detailed/complex will the drawing i submit have to be? Will i have to submit more than 1?
A: Your drawing should be finished to the best of your completion, and relatively detailed. If you want to submit more than one piece, we will review that on a case-by-case basis.

Q: Will any of the artists and writers have credit? If they do, would you promote their name, social media, discord, or something else?
A: Everyone who participates in the zine will be credited! It is up to the contributor themself to decide how they'd like to be credited.

Q: If an artist or writer that got in has to turn down the spot, how would they be replaced? are you planning to accept pinch hitters?
A: We will be creating a list of pinch hitters who we will reach out to in the event of a contributor dropping / not finishing their piece.

Q: How do you feel about adding poly ships into here?
A: Poly ships are alright as long as neither Kris nor Susie are a part of them. Since this is a Krusie zine, the only ship involving either of those two will be Krusie.

Q: Could a digital zine have little animations?
A: As of right now, we are not planning to allow animations in the zine to ensure all contributors will be able to complete their pieces in a timely manner.

Q: Will there be digital merch such as emojis and wallpapers?
A:😉

Q: What are guests?
A: Guests are contributors who were personally invited to the zine and help with promotional materials.

Q: are invitations already sent to guests?
A: As of this post (8/13/25), invitations have been sent to guest artists, but not guest writers.

Q: Will beta reading be included in the process?
A: If a writer wants, they are free to ask the writing mod for some beta reading.

Q: How will it run? At Discord?
A: Yes, the zine will run through a discord server. All of the contributors will be required to join.

Q: Would comic artists get one page to draw on or more?
A: Comic artists will be allowed a spread.

Q: What would the deadline for this zine look like?
