Watching the Republican Senators was sickening. Trying to deflect by asking about abortion medications. Really? In more than a dozen states people cannot get COVID vaccines. Already. Now. People are going to die because this idiot is preventing access to vaccines. And it is only going to get worse.

A point that sticks out for me is the right assumption that there is massive fraud in entitlement programs such that resources are going to immigrants. They think Musk really believes that. It makes more sense from a racist perspective - it is straight up great replacement theory.

The commerce secretary with a literal "let them eat cake" comment. This is the hill to die on - letting social security collapse will destroy millions of Americans' lives. So out of touch with reality he does not hear himself saying, my mother has a billionaire son so she doesn't need a check.
