Man idk, I've had a LOT of Mexican food, and unless I've missed a whole genre, Mexican spice is like a 5 or 6. Southwest Asian is the 10, and both India and China can get really close. China usually not on how hot each one is, but on sheer volume of what they put in some dishes. Like this pic ++

A friend of mine posted this in a discord channel we're in and while I don't really know enough to really interpret this, combined with other peoples' posts, I know shit's bad. I asked for a cliffnotes version and he said "250mph wind gusts possible"
