Anyway if you know of more whimsical events I can attend while wearing fairy wings that don’t involve driving to Irwindale again, I’m all elf ears (and have already secured my Labyrinth tickets).

It made me really understand how much many folks assume the idea of WASD as a control scheme is the most natural default. It was completely foreign to her! Not at all how she expected to be able to move Lara around. She thought she’d just drive her like a car.

My mom’s first video game ever was rock band on the Wii. She loved the music and the guitar as a controller was more intuitive to her than any keyboard/mouse input based game. The first time she tried to play Tomb Raider on PC, she picked up her keyboard and tried to rotate it like a steering wheel.

She’s even cuter when she’s being fashionable 💖
