I’ve been having it multiple times and it’s so vivid it sometimes feels like it was a memory when I wake up. It’s started causing me to lose sleep

I’ve quit almost all social media because no one cares. No one is doing anything and I refuse to support tech millionaires allowing/promoting the genocide of trans ppl, the genocide of the people of Gaza, and all the hate being spread. I’m getting tired and the world seems so scary.
