Is this when the rich sell at the higher price and then deliberately drop the market with scare tactics... then they buy stock and a lower price? .. if ya know what i mean ? This is a legitimate question 🤔 BTW... I am scared.... Question from Australia 🇦🇺 thankyou kindly 🙏
