Just so people know its me and for real, here's my setup. Standard Pit Barrel cooker, this was a pork butt I was smoking for Nat'l Healthcare Logistics week last year. I use a BBQ guru and a modified Memphis Dust rub, usually over Kingsford and hickory chunks. Temp to 203 always. Pull with claws.
