These heavily Latino districts in New Jersey aren't exactly the same as the Rio Grande Valley border counties in Texas where Trump won over Latino voters. But the rebound in NJ was *so* massive that you have to imagine that Greg Abbott is sweating

Banquet halls at the Willard or Ritz-Carlton are designed for intimacy — around 400 people.
Intimacy and quality do not scale.
