Yes, some denominations do have different terms, and there are ecclesiastical degrees that are used just as with college profs, e.g., Doctor Reverend King. Bishops are sometimes called the “Right Reverend Smith.” Also: “Very Reverend Smith” and “Most Reverend Smith."

Mormons have all their own.

Both Catholic and Protestant have different names of church services.
Mass technically needs communion, so you can have a funeral without that and it’s just a funeral service, not a mass, even in Catholic Churches.
Then there are Vespers, Compline, and Matins etc related to time of day for both.

Pastor in spoken word; Reverend in writing.

Minister is a description of actions or the actor. I could write a note to my mom saying “Reverend Smith is the new Minister at church.” Or say “Pastor Smith, will you minister to my mother at her home?”

To add more confusion, there are bishops, too.

The lines are roads, not counties.

8. We’d talk about parenting and theater. Then plan for his presidential campaign.

Is that because they are so accustomed to in-office they are unwilling to learn how to manage remote folks well? It’s not that hard - set a goal and if it happens by deadline, all is well. If not, determine what prevented it from happening and adjust accordingly.

Because AI thinks all of those meetings are “Business” it expects that jargon, so when we have them to talk about education or live events, the errors are embarrassingly horrific.

When they are real-time displayed at a live event... let’s just say “not safe for work.” I never willing use them.

The gift I didn’t know I needed. Thank you.

Love that this is not age based. Lots of folks find AV careers later in life and this is a great opportunity for them!

For veterans, that experience is more important than political parties. You put a service person in harms way intentionally, and every vet ever will defend that service person. They swore an oath and even decades later, they still take it seriously.

Easiest to use, great support - I have a 2 hour presentation I recorded that I’ve gone back to three times this week. Easy to search the transcript and go immediately to the place I want. Their talk to text is fairly accurate, even for theater world. And 40 minutes free for everyone if wanted.

Do you have an engineering stamp for that? I’m not confident the cheese-boroughs will hold well enough for that span and we use WWL of 10:1 for human loads.

Lots who want to “keep up with the Jones’” but lack the knowledge to use it well. Will someday be great for immersive training for fields like law and medicine, though!

Why do so many want to value-engineer out acoustical treatments? Great six-figure systems sound terrible because someone wanted to save $10K.
Lack of respect for quality... buy at trunk slammer prices and you get bad results. Get something well engineered/installed and it’ll make you happy for ages!

“these are no the droids you’re looking for.”
The problem is when unintended motions cause things to happen. Until that is solved, not worth pursuing.

It’s about the results, not the specs.
