Had a pretty significant panic attack where my chest hurt so badly and I couldn't breathe. This sweet girl helped me through it.

I've managed to lose my refill of my migraine meds. I only get nine pills a month, and I am desperate that they magically show up.

We have a holiday open house at work Saturday.
Red and green look awful on me, so I did a fun spin on it. It came with a star wand, and your favorite sleepy punk is gonna teach all kids to stand up for themselves and that kindness wins over everything.

Poet. Slight essayist. Survivor. Your favorite sleepy punk. In recovery from eating disorders since 2012, CSA survivor, had my brain electrocuted 10 times for severe depression/PTSD in '21. Wrote a surreal, lyrical trauma narrative. I've been out of the publishing loop the last few years.

Today I had a baby migraine and managed to get through my shift. Yesterday's was so bad I don't know how I managed to work my shift under the florescent lights and constant beeping. But they gave me a stupid hat (not a sports person) and it helped some.
