I drove behind this person for a long time today, and really feel we should be friends, based on their bumper stickers:

If you know them, tell them they have a fan.

I couldn’t gamble his life against a rumor. What if I brushed it off only to find it was true? This made me think of all the what-ifs haunting every victim’s family.
