PSA for people who aren't autistic...

Most autistic people are a lot more disabled than you think. If someone tells you they're autistic, there is an extremely high probability they're disabled by their autism and you can't see it.

There's a reason it's called a DISability... (so many "buts" in my comments 😫)

Being autistic feels like I'm constantly fighting against my own brain... to not have unwanted reactions to things... to not NEED things to be a specific way... to not be completely consumed by things my brain needs but isn't getting.

We all know what it was. Blaming that salute on Elon’s autism does autistic people no favors.
