#HealthLiteracy is not a level, it is an experience!

Health literacy isn’t something you “have” once and for all—it’s something you “live” in different ways depending on your situation. It’s relational, contextual, and deeply human.

Health literacy level is one indicator, not the full picture.

Are we getting immune to bad communication?

People face challenges because information is not accessible, understandable, or applicable. Even worse, they may be prone to miscommunication.

Health literacy is the vaccination against miscommunication.
