I’m not sure what the exact numbers were, but it was definitely a substantial crowd. To say that it was only a few is a complete misrepresentation.

I’m looking at pg 592 and I’m not seeing that. They are trying to set thresholds though and base over time on “regular rate” and not benefits included. I don’t agree with this but it’s not accurate to say that it trying to eliminate OT completely.
