I've worked in dog shelters in a lot of different countries, including beautiful Crete. This pilot program in Crete, an #AnimalPolice unit, is exciting and sorely needed. I hope it becomes successful and helps to educate people about how to treat animals. 🤞

Government debt isn’t like a household budget and that’s where most debates go wrong. Countries can borrow for decades, invest in schools and bridges, and still grow stronger if the money is spent wisely.

My friend makes beautiful music. He is a teacher. He is an empathetic human being who has not been afraid to voice his concerns about his own government. He was arbitrarily imprisoned, brutally tortured, and forced to flee his homeland.
