Sometimes we are so focused on everything and everyone else, we forget to check in on ourselves.

How are you doing?
What do you need right now?
Where can you find time to do this?

When we take care of ourselves, we can show up for others in the best way possible. 💛

It IS possible to feel rested and to support your baby during night wakings.

NEVER let someone tell you sleep training is the only answer!

We are here to support you every step of the way. Have questions? Post them in the comments.

Infant sleep support should never pit a parent’s need for adequate sleep and rest against their infant’s need for adequate sleep, rest, comfort and coregulation.
The needs of parent AND their baby must be held and protected ✨

Realistic expectations for infant and toddler sleep — Little Sparklers Ltd
Wondering what’s realistic when it comes to infant and toddler sleep? Knowing what to expect can make everything a lot easier, and no, it’s probably not going to be 12 hours from 7-7 of solitary sleep...

Responsive Sleep Support helps you optimize sleep for the whole family, while nurturing and responding to your baby's needs.

This nurture response will create healthy brain connections and healthy attachment.

What a great way to set up strong life-long mental health for your baby.

Community has always been important to me. Here are a few things that a healthy community can provide:

1) Connection and Belonging
2) Support and Advice
3) Emotional Support

Which is most important to you? What else do you look for in a community?

Black babies face a higher risk of sleep-related deaths due to systemic inequities such as lack of affordable/safe housing, limited access to quality healthcare, financial challenges, and more. Every baby deserves a safe start. Let’s close the gap and ensure ALL babies sleep safely. 💜

This has been a very difficult 2 weeks for many of us.

I want to share a quick tool to help in time of stress, overwhelm, and deregulation.

Take one hand and place on your heart, place the other hand on you stomach. Close your eyes and take a few deep, slow breaths.

We will get through this.
