Completely in love with these beautiful visitors 🤍 (hoping they don’t eat any of the city’s poisoned rats / mice during their extended stopover)

Stunning 🤍 (we saw them yesterday afternoon! magical creatures, and everyone kept a respectful distance, except for an offleash dog / oblivious human who spooked the smaller owl) Love the being able to see the size and pattern differences in the last two photos.

What a beautiful friend - I am so sorry for your loss 💔 it’s unbearably hard to lose our dear ones, especially after a long life together. He lives full-time in your heart now ♥️

‘Lethally removed’?!? Noooo! I saw a large beaver at Montrose a few years ago, at the height of summer, steadily swimming from the inlet, going around the entire pier, making their way toward the harbor. I felt so lucky to walk alongside him/her. Rest in peace, friend. 💔

Thank you for the vivid documentation - so wild! (We could see it roll in from our back porch window.) Hope you’ve taken cover.

Beautiful bird, and such expressive shots! I’ve never seen one. (His legs look almost translucent… so delicate.)
