Unless they've modified the application packages to limit the F&A, I'm hearing most universities plan to submit at their Federally negotiated rate. NIH can reduce at time of awards if it sticks. Hopefully those proposals would make it to review. ???

While that's true because it's in the F&A calculation, once it's no longer covered by F&A, it seems appropriate to direct charge those items.

He's too busy worrying about closing DEI offices and destroying research in the US. Remember that research is how we find better medicines, vaccines, cancer treatments, etc. this administration is halting awards from NIH. This will impact you all and your families in some way, shape, or form.

It's absolutely unbelievable that people who were involved in this atrocious act would be pardoned. Maybe we should not be surprised because the one who instigated it is doing the pardoning. They got away with murder.
