Yes! Definitely would recommend that, helps with that whole sense of being told an absurdly long story by a stranger at a bar you can’t get away from.

It certainly lingers, and can see why @backlisted.bsky.social went back. It’s a ‘what did I just read?’, ‘was any of that true?’… go back start again, trace the descent into darkness rather than follow the particular plot of the ‘histories’. Well that’s what I’ll do.

Well, I finished it after bingeing the second half in one go last night . Probably the best way to do it but I’m not sure I’ve got a coherent response yet!

Each drawing the rest of an often arduous search into my vast collection of archive images. I am searching for a resonance to an emotion or thought unexpressed until the image is found and the process begun.
