Yes! Definitely would recommend that, helps with that whole sense of being told an absurdly long story by a stranger at a bar you can’t get away from.

It certainly lingers, and can see why @backlisted.bsky.social went back. It’s a ‘what did I just read?’, ‘was any of that true?’… go back start again, trace the descent into darkness rather than follow the particular plot of the ‘histories’. Well that’s what I’ll do.

The context of the images is unimportant, but the arrangement of elements and their potential is key. I am freer to draw, make changes and get lost without that context. On completion, I then dive deeper into the source.
