OSHA has just reached a hazardous working conditions settlement with Amazon.

Amazon warehouses have 2x serious injury rate of other facilities.

Amazon has to pay $145,000 and adopt new safety measures and procedures at all facilities nationwide.

The Department of Labor has found that a Cleveland manufacturer failed to prevent two workers from suffering injuries that resulted in amputations.
