Most people have no vocabulary for their feelings and/or are so afraid of their own emotions they refuse to spend time understanding or articulating them. It was already a gift to be able to earnestly share how you feel but especially so with AI.
I was at a wedding and the groom’s sister was called up for her speech. She said “I did t know what to say so I had ChatGPT write this” and I thought “why not just tell him you don’t love him?”
