It was 90 degrees Fahrenheit in Wisconsin yesterday. I think we are going to skip fall this year, which is my favorite season, so a bit bummed. So celebrating the plants that keep going and going. Cherry tomatoes, cukes, herbs and...Zinnia!

Yellow snap dragon flowers. The name comes from pressing the sides of the bud between thumb and finger, which opens the two parts of the flower like a mouth and snaps shut when you let go. They resemble a dragons head, among other things.
