When your 15 minute drive takes 1+ hours and multiple ways into your neighborhood are closed because of stuck cars/buses and you can’t make it up a hill in your neighborhood, so you have to walk home. Grateful my husband was with me and that I have a snow day tomorrow! #snowday

Kansas City 10K done!!! I haven’t run this race for several years. This course was a lot like the Plaza 10K backwards, but more hilly. I didn’t love the course, and I didn’t love some of the logistics, but it was great to see so many people 975 running! #10K #running #runsky #kansascitymarathon

I experienced how a word or action can make a positive difference during my run today.
When I got to the trail this morning, a runner sweeping up broken glass in the parking lot. (This meant he brought a broom, dustpan, and trash bag with him.) I thanked him for cleaning it up, and started my run.
