I read “Reviving Ophelia”, which reveals that girls’ interest in math and science wanes in middle school. So I encouraged STEM right around 7th grade in my daughter’s ed. That ultimately led to her becoming a psychiatrist 3 years ago. Kudos for your work in STEM equity and access.
