Don’t forget, DEI should include Disability—And very often doesn’t. If your company is boasting about its DEI programs, but they aren’t accommodating disabled ppl, then they are absolutely missing the mark.
And a reminder that the definition of disability extends far beyond what the eye can see.

Life has been a little extra hard lately. My normal forms of therapeutic endeavors to counteract health issues have gotten stale. So I decided to try a little equine therapy to mix things up. It was really fun. A bit hard on my body. But I’m glad I did it. 🐴🤎🙏🏻
