What confuses me more is we could have spoken via text, WhatsApp, groupchats, email, phone calls. It wasn’t our only medium to communicate. I’m sad and will always miss her I think :( genuinely thought she was a real real one

1) yes, you need a referral bc you deserve better. 2) the afternoon is not when you cancel an appointment UNLESS for an emergency. Why couldn’t they tell you first thing or yesterday? 3) The message doesn’t take into consideration how this impacts you at all. 4) you deserve better. ❤️
