I don't remember how long this one took but I know it was a while and really stretched my skills working out how to draw white fur on white paper. A dark background wasn't part of the plan but I made an irreversible mark on the paper and had to hide my sins 😂

The first pet portrait I ever did was of my grandfather's English Springer Spaniel, Jimi. He was a loyal and gentle 3-legged companion and when he passed, I drew his portrait as a gift for my grandfather.
