When I dreamed about being an author, having a book I wrote loved enough to be on a classroom wall was not even a thought in my mind. But thanks to a kind teacher and students, they made a dream I didn't know I had come true. 🥹 I can’t say this enough: thank you to all my readers! I adore you! 🖤🖤🖤🖤

There's a lot of UAP/UFO talk atm, so if you or your kids want to read about how an autistic grieving kid and her dog hunt down an alien spaceship, it's all documented here in IZZY AT THE END OF THE WORLD 👽🛸🤭

This review for Izzy at the End of the World is why LGBTQIA+ kids feel unsafe, unseen & disrespected, simply for wanting to be themselves. As a bi author and trans & gay kid mom, a reminder that pronouns matter

My child drew me, an 89 yr old crone, writing her memoirs of the good old days when bread cost 3 cents and I rolled my hoop in the streets

Being diagnosed w/a tortuous colon, colitis, shoulder rotator cuff calcific tendinitis & acromioclavicular joint osteoarthropathy sure is fun all at the same time. This is why I've been scarce. Constant pain sure takes it out of you. Still smiling, tho! Writing too. :)

It can feel like writers always have to be 'on', but please don't sleep on taking internet breaks, esp when feeling stuck. My impromptu break has done more for filling my creative well than banging my head against my laptop and screaming everyday 🫠 so go hug a tree or something, k?

Sometimes it takes a dog (or 2) to scare the demons away

Sitting in the spot I spent hours worrying, writing, crying, waiting, thinking, stressing, hoping & hurting for 9 months as Bob got treatment for cancer, in the hospital where he died. I can still feel all of it. I can still feel us here, all that love. Now I'm at this table alone. Ugh. F u cancer
