These last few weeks with work and hospital scares with pregnant wife have really tested my stoic frameworks.
We can’t control what happens, but we can control our responses.
I’ll be repeating that all day as a mantra.

Well my hockey team lost but hey at least I deadlifted 225lbs for the first time today. Got to love the little things.

I’ve never had a role where I’ve felt more alive with work. I get it support 9 amazing designers across 5 product teams.
There’s been a push to be less of a people leader and more product focused which bums me out a little - the coaching and mentoring is my jam.
