The great ‘90s alt-rock band Shudder To Think played two surprise reunion shows in LA yesterday. The afternoon sets at Permanent Records Roadhouse marked their first performances since 2013 and they closed with a new song called “Playback.”

I was picking up a prescription from the CVS drive through and saw a large bird fly by, very low to the ground. When I pulled around the building to head home, I saw this hawk! Good thing no one was behind me so I could stop and take the picture!

Dorchester's Carney Hospital has been closed since last August, but some health care services have been offered by physicians with offices at the Seton Medical Center. This week, they were told that their leases will be terminated— and they must vacate— in May 2025.
The last vestiges of medical care offered by about two dozen physicians who have maintained office space inside a three-story building on the Carney Hospital campus will end in May with the closing of the complex, according to sources familiar with the property.
