This is a full noise setup with some obscure IC in its core and over-sized old living room speakers. Mycelium growing on the capacitors might modulate their capacitive resistance C and contribute to resonance shifts.

The tubes are saturating the signal, adding some warmth. The ohmic resistances often host little acid western scenes, making it a mixed media audio-visual painting.
