I made these last weekend. Raspberry dark chocolate cookies. They were delicious. A bit of joy.
12 raspberry dark chocolate cookies just out of the oven on a silpat lined baking tray. The cookie dough is nicely browned, and bits of fresh raspberries and cheese now of dark chocolate can be seen interspersed within the dough. Best eaten day out of the oven.

Big massive thanks to my tech support team and snack wranglers for enabling me to watch the Blue Jays with wine, Doritos, and ice cream in 4K while on the edge of civilization.

Spent some of the weekend skating on Grenadier pond. Hopefully many more days of this to come.

The ice is mostly covered in snow but people have shovelled paths so a skating trail takes you end to end. A view from a nearby hill, of a frozen Grenadier pond in High park. From this angle, the size of the park can be appreciated. Skating trails created by skaters offers a pathway for skaters to travel from end to end.
