I started watching Idiocracy again.

I also made a cantaloupe fried rice as well. 😊

Every once in awhile, I am inspired to do a little bit more trash cooking. In this circumstance, it was cantaloupe rind that I fried up with some shallots and then covered in a grated swiss cheese to make a fancy little vegetable crisp. 😊

This most recent journey gave me the gift of doing so many of things I always wanted to do. One of those things was going to the cow cuddling place. 15/10 would cuddle again.
Honestly, cuddling with that cow surpassed EVERY cuddling experience prior.

It's kinda surreal doing the things you wanted.

I went to visit my senator's offices today and ask them to vote no on the cloture and the CR. Both offices were open and received my comments and voted no. Senator Schumer's office was closed with this pile of notes slid underneath the door asking him to vote no. He didn't.

Do better Schumer.
