Today marks 11 and a half years of walking 10K or more steps every single day — no misses. I’m a big fan of the benefits of moving, especially outdoors.

Spent the weekend in SoCal. So now a 2-part trip. Monday from LAX to SEA (quick trip to our office). And Tuesday back down to SJC for a client meeting.
