The way his people worship him I have to wonder are they (Noem, Hegseth, Bondi, etc.) all assuming they will receive a blanket pardon? If he issues pardons too soon, they won't be loyal - not Donald's MO. But if he waits, he might die and the pardons are gone or at the whim of JD...
